Warner Robins, Georgia - The City of Warner Robins is taking another significant step forward in its ongoing downtown revitalization efforts through Operation Reawaken. On Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM, the City will initiate the demolition of a long-vacant commercial property located at 107 S. Davis Drive. This event marks the sixth demolition in the downtown district as part of the city’s ongoing efforts to prepare the area for future redevelopment.
“This demolition marks another major step forward in our commitment to revitalizing Warner Robins and breathing new life into our downtown district,” said Mayor LaRhonda W. Patrick. “With this being the sixth structure removed in the area, we are seeing real momentum in reshaping our city’s future. Operation Reawaken is not just about removing outdated buildings—it’s about building a stronger, more vibrant community where residents and businesses can thrive. With the recent presentation of downtown renderings by UGA’s Carl Vinson Institute of Government, the vision for our downtown is within reach, and we are excited about the opportunities ahead.”
