Municipal Court

The Warner Robins Municipal Court is a non-jury court system responsible for adjudicating cases associated with misdemeanor traffic offenses, drug offenses, shoplifting cases, and city ordinance violations. The court is presided over by Sherry Herrera Campbell and Jocelyn Daniell. Most citations can be paid with a money order, by phone or online for your convenience.

  • School Zone Citations

  • All other Traffic Citations

    • Pay online at wrga.governmentwindow.com/ticket.html You will need your citation number or Driver’s license number

    • Pay your Traffic Citation by phone: 478-302-5600 and choose Option 1

    • Pay by mail (MONEY ORDER ONLY- NO PERSONAL CHECKS) **please put your citation number on the Money order

  • Georgia Probation Management

Procedures for the Municipal Court of Warner Robins

  • Court will be first come first served so there will be waiting

  • If you are sick- STAY HOME. (Dr’s excuse required) Call to reschedule.

  • For those that are 65+ years or older or with a weakened immune system (must provide proof) please call for special arrangements

  • If you do not want to appear in court and want to pay your citation early, you may pay online or by phone. You may also pay by money order.

    • For Debit or Credit cards, a

      5% charge is added. No charge for cash or Money Orders (Money Orders MUST BE EXACT CHANGE). Payment is due before the court date! A court cost of $100.00 is added on the court date.

  • Failure to appear shall results in a Contempt Fee of $50.00.

Items Prohibited in Court
Items that are not allowed include, but not limited to

  • Weapons of any kind

  • Electronic equipment such as video recorders, or cameras (unless approved by the court)

    • Code section for recordings: U.S.C.R. 22 & O.C.G.A. 15-1-10(1)

  • Food, beverages, & chewing gum

  • Tobacco products and lighters

Dress Code 

  • Please note a strict dress code is enforced.

  • Please refrain from wearing the following:

    • Shorts

    • Hats

    • Tank tops / Crop tops / Halter Tops / Spaghetti Straps

    • Slides / Flip flops (sandals made for dress clothing is okay)

    • Pajamas

    • Sweatpants / Yoga pants

    • Baggy pants

    • No inappropriate or revealing clothing
