Utility Service Disconnect update 01.20.21
Update to City of Warner Robins Utility Service Disconnects
Warner Robins, GA – The City of Warner Robins recognizes the significant economic fallout from COVID-19 on local families and businesses. As our community recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic, beginning February 1, 2021, the City of Warner Robins will resume disconnections for accounts with a past due balance. The city is prepared to work with citizens facing significant balances to avoid disconnection of service.
Disconnects have been suspended and late fees waived since December 7, 2020. Although we have waived fees and suspended disconnects, this does not waive or cancel your bill. We will resume disconnects for non-payment beginning February 1, 2021.
If you missed payments and have a past-due balance, we can help. For information, please call a Customer Service Representative at 478-293-1000 or email our Customer Service Department at email@example.com.
Payments can be made:
In the drive-thru (Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm)
Night Box (by drive-thru or silver box behind City Hall)
