Request a Police Open Records Request
- To request all other reports or records, please submit a request per the Georgia Open Records Act to WRPD’s Custodian of Records, Lauren Polk.  Fees for records and/or labor apply.

                  REPORTING AN ACCIDENT THAT OCCURS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY WILL RESULT IN THE FOLLOWING:                                               You will be advised of how you can obtain a private property accident form online for single vehicle accidents.
A officer will respond and issue drivers of the vehicles involved an SR 13 form which may be completed and submitted to your respective insurance companies.

Court

The Warner Robins Municipal Court will open to the public on 06/01/2020 at 0800. Trial court dates are being rescheduled now so please call to update your address. The first trials are being scheduled for 07/09/2020.You will be screened when you enter the building. All of the established protocols will be followed so please be patient We can be contacted at 478.302.5600. As always, most citations can be paid with a money order, by phone or online for your convenience.

These are the current Post COVID-19 -Court Procedures for the Municipal Court of Warner Robins

  • Please wear a mask. One can be provided if you do not have one. We will have a very limited supply.
  • Please be patient with the wait times as we can only allow 25 at a time in court
  • Court will be first come first served so there will be waiting
  • Please maintain a 6ft distance
  • Only defendants with tickets will be allowed in court-no family members (individual aged 17-20 can have 1 parent or guardian- NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • No children allowed at this time (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • If you are sick- STAY HOME. (Dr’s excuse required) Call to reschedule. We will be taking temps as you enter and if you are above 100 you will be sent home
  • For those that are 65+ years or older or with a weakened immune system (must provide proof) please call for special arrangements
  • If you do not want to appear in court and want to pay your citation early, you can pay online or by phone. You can also pay by money order. For Debit or Credit cards

A 5% charge is added. No charge for cash or Money Orders (Money Orders MUST BE EXACT CHANGE). Payment is due before the court date! A court cost of $50.00

  • Pay by mail (MONEY ORDER ONLY- NO PERSONAL CHECKS) **please put your citation number on the Money order
