The Patrol Division is the backbone of the Warner Robins Police Department. Officers respond to approximately 6,000 calls for service each month. The division has a wide range of responsibilities including answering calls for service, directed patrol, and traffic enforcement.

The Warner Robins Police Department utilizes four full time Front Desk Operators. The Front Desk is staffed 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Operators are usually the first public point of contact. The Operator's primary duties include, but not limited to, answering and routing phone calls, maintaining paperwork for arrests, and serving as the Terminal Operator for the Georgia CJIS Network.

The Patrol Division is in the forefront of the agency's endeavor to reduce crime and continue to make Warner Robins a safer city for everyone.
