Warner Robins Dive Team
The Warner Robins Fire Department Dive Team was started in 2000. We have eight very dedicated members that respond to any type of water emergency from water rescue to weapons recovery. The team has assisted Warner Robins Police Department, Houston County Sheriff's Office, Houston County Fire Department, Hall County Sheriff's Office, and the Department of Natural Resources with the locating and removal of numerous items used in crimes and victim recovery. We are state certified public safety divers and a dive accident response team.
Equipment
With the help of the community and other agencies, in 2010 we were able to purchase three full face dive masks that allow communication between divers and the surface. The team has been able to acquire a retired ambulance and turn it into our dive truck giving us the ability to respond quickly.
