The City of Warner Robins currently has a manifested program to pump out all grease traps connected to the Warner Robins Sewer System.  We will receive sealed proposals for the materials, labor, equipment, and technical knowledge of a single Contractor to pump out all non-domestic kitchen grease traps located outdoor and underground as required by the City of Warner Robins Utility Department.  (List and Frequencies attached).

All Proposals must include, but not be limited to, the following specifications:

1. Vendor to have current permits for transporting and treating contents found in grease traps. Must have proper insurance requirements;

2. Remove entire contents from grease traps.

3. Establish a service cycle as required by City of Warner Robins Utility Department for all pumping. Schedule to be sent to the city officials in charge of the grease trap program.

4. Establish a charge (cost) for pumping contents of the grease trap on a per gallon service basis.

5. Provide monthly report of traps pumped during the month along with a copy of the pumping manifest.

6. Agree to service current grease trap locations and any future traps coming online during the contract period.

7. Abide by all Federal, State and Local Laws concerning the pumping of Grease Traps.

The City of Warner Robins will provide a list of all current grease trap locations.

At the time of the bid opening the successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that he carries Workers' Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable:

1. Worker’s Compensation & Builders Risk (100%)
2. Comprehensive General Liability 1M/2M/50K
3. Comprehensive Vehicle Liability 1M/2M/50K

The attached documents are also required to be on file for all vendors wishing to do business with the City of Warner Robins:

W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification;
Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act O.C.G.A. §13-10-91 Contractor Affidavit and Agreement;

These forms must be completed to insure your company is operating in compliance with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act O.C.G.A. §13-10-91.

Prices are to remain firm for a period of one (1) year, with the option of the City of Warner Robins and agreement by the supplier to renew the Contract for an additional one (1) year period. This option agreement shall be based on services rendered by the Contractor during the original Contract period.

The Contract, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price and other factors considered. The City will make said determination.

Sealed proposals will be received until Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., at which time they will be opened. Bid opening will be held in the Purchasing Office, City Hall Complex, 700 Watson Boulevard, Warner Robins, Georgia. The City of Warner Robins is not responsible for proposals that are not received in the Purchasing Office by the due date and time. Proposals received after this deadline will not be opened or considered in evaluation.
