Chuck Shaheen

Charles (Chuck) K. Shaheen III Chuck has been a community leader for over 20 years. After his father’s military career brought his family to Middle Georgia in 1964, the Shaheen’s were proud to call Warner Robins home. Chuck ran his family’s office supply store especially when his father and mother began to expand their business throughout Middle Georgia. The Shaheen family kept the company viable and successful for 30 years. Chuck went on to Georgia Southern and graduated in 1986 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. Chuck has become a leader in his community, serving on Rotary, the Board of Directors for the Museum of Aviation and the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce. He is also the chaplain for the WRHS football team as well as the honorary commander to Robins AFB, working closely with the military leaders to understand the needs of the base and how the community can be of support. Chuck has also had a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry where he developed a keen knowledge and understanding of healthcare and the importance of the issues that surround healthcare and managed care. Central to Chuck and his wife, Virginia, is his faith. His strong work ethic and use of his GOD given talents will be used to promote this great city and the people who live here. “I will keep the best interests of our citizens and all the employees of Robins Air Force Base at the forefront as I make decisions.” Chuck served as Mayor of Warner Robins from 2010 through 2013 and wished to continue to serve the community as a Councilman. He was elected to the City Council in 2013 and assumed those duties in January 2014.
